Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your gently used products in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop the parcel off at your nearest carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
